FAQ
Do I need to use the online services?
No. It’s encouraged, though not required. Advanced registration is required for workshops, series and retreats, however.
What time should I arrive for class, workshops and other events? As a boutique studio space, we pride ourselves on its tranquil vibe. Please promptly arrive for classes and workshops, 10 minutes prior to its start time, no earlier please. Class and other events start promptly; so arrivals at class start time or later will not be permitted.
Who has access to my account information? You are the only the person who can access your account information online — using your user name and password; it is secure.
How far in advance can I register for a class? As far out as you’d like. This is encouraged. But you can register up until its start time — if its not sold-out, or canceled. If you are unable to register, the class is sold-out. Class may be canceled if no students are pre-registered 2 hours prior to its start time.
What is the cancellation policy if I am unable to attend a registered class? Students can cancel online up to 2 hours prior to the class’ start time. To avoid losing their class, students must cancel online, at least, 2 hours before the class starts.
What is the cancellation policy if I am unable to attend a registered workshop, retreat or other studio event? We’ve created our prices gently for this economic climate. All sales are final and non-transferable. Kindly understand there are no exceptions.
What if I can’t finish a class series or gift certificate in time? May I extend its expiration? Our class series are generously designed to build incentive in your practice. We also offer the special perk of letting you share your series with a friend, significant other or family member if you authorize with us, a few days in advance. For these reasons, all series and gift certificate expiration dates are final. Kindly understand there are no extensions or exceptions.
Class Series Buy Back Policy: If you find you cannot complete your class series before its expiration, you can buy back the unfinished classes at half the drop-in cost (currently $9). The bought back classes will have a renewed expiration of one week per bought back class. This offer is good one time per class series. This needs to be processed in person or over the phone. Contact us.
Do you offer any membership perks? Indeed! To provide incentive to maintain practice momentum, all clients who maintain a 6-Month or 1-Year Unlimited Pass can receive a 10% discount if they renew for the same pass before their current pass expires. For all clients who maintain all other Unlimited Passes or Class Series, we offer a 5% discount if they renew for the same pass before their current pass/series expires/completes. A 10% discount applies if you graduate to a higher-tier series or pass while you’re still current with any class series or pass. These discounts must be purchased through the studio directly — in person or via phone — in advance of the current pass/series expiring/completing. Contact us! All 40-Class Series, 3-Month, 6-Month and 1-Year Unlimited Pass holders can conveniently store their yoga mat in the studio’s mat closet!
What should I wear? Comfortable clothes easy to move in. Think work-out clothes like sweats, stretchy yoga pants and shorts. Layers are suggested so it’s easy to regulate your body temperature for comfort. Yoga is generally done barefoot.
Do I need a yoga mat? You are welcome to bring your own. We also have mat rentals available for $1. When in stock, we sell them in our retail center, too.
Do I need to bring anything else? A reusable water bottle is encouraged for proper hydration though not necessary. You are welcome to refill at our bathroom’s tap. We don’t sell bottled water to keep in the spirit of our green efforts. We do however sell easy-to-recycle canned coconut waters for $3.
