Workshop: Introduction to Intermediate with Vivekan and Jessica

tree-poseWHAT: Two, 1.5 hour sessions to review, reinforce and lay down solid, confident foundations in Intermediate-level poses, transitions and sequences. Sample poses may include: the wading bird, side wading bird, the 4-pointed staff and headstand.

WHERE: Bodhisattva Yoga

WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, March 13-14, 2010. 2:15-3:45PM each day. Sign up for the weekend, or simply a single day!

WHY: You may be a Basics-level practitioner who wishes to make the leap into the Intermediate level. Or maybe you are an already Intermediate-level student who would like to champion certain poses, transitions and sequences to get them in your pocket.
