Are you ready to test your crazy yoga skillz?

This Fall, bridge from Intermediate to beyond in Vivekan’s Advanced Flow by showing him you’re ready on Sunday, September 26!

Your pocket-guide of poses (etc.) to demonstrate on the drop of a dime, prompted by the Sanskrit names:

7-point seated posture using complete half lotus (with foot close to hip crease) cultivating Ujaii enhanced Yogic Breath, a jump back into 4-pointed staff with a transition into upward dog, wading bird (on the 1st try, sustained for 5 seconds), side wading bird (both sides, sustained for 5 seconds), double leg spring and scissor, upward bow, kick-up into handstand (on the 1st try, sustained for 10 seconds), shoulderstand (wall OK), headstand (on command, for 10 seconds), a jump-thru (w/feet completely clearing hands, blocks OK), and a spring high above the hands.
