Rental Rates
$35/hour
$30/hour for 10 or more sessions booked in advance

If you need to open up the pocket doors to also utilize the floor space beyond the pocket doors, where our reception desk is, the rental rates increase to:
$45/hour
$40/hour for 10 or more sessions booked in advance

*Weekend rates begin at $90/hour
*These are the rental rates may adjust to customize any specific space rental needs. i.e., use of power outlets, food/drink set-up, equipment, etc.
*If you’d like more cushion time beyond 1 hr. to include setting up and leaving, we charge by rounding up to the nearest quarter hour.

We request a 50% deposit to hold the space, and a paid balance 2 weeks before the 1st scheduled session. We accept cash, credit and checks payable to Bodhisattva Yoga. Kindly understand, payments are non-refundable.
