Join master-level teacher Vivekan (E-RYT) - founder of Bodhisattva Yoga™ - for this Special 2-hour Class

Vivekan will give a brief introductory talk on the Heart Chakra, as well as the many values and benefits of Heart-Opening Poses.

The entire specially scheduled and themed class will be structured around poses that allow oneself to gradually and safely open up the chest into deeper Heart-Opening Poses, all while respecting the spine and back.

This special class seminar is suitable for Virya (Basics II) level practitioners and up. Experience the transformative potential of connecting to, and opening up your Heart Chakra.
